What is an “AI operating system,” exactly?

How much does this cost?
There is no generic package. Every engagement starts with a free audit of your actual business (bookings, inbox, client list) and a fixed-scope Phase 1 quote based on what we find there. Most Phase 1 builds recover money that is already leaking before they cost anything net.
What do I get in the free audit?
A short, specific breakdown of where your business is losing leads or revenue today: an unanswered inbox, lapsed clients nobody called back, an unused list. No generic slide deck, no sales pitch disguised as an audit.
How long does it take to see something live?
Phase 1 (plugging the leaks already in your data) typically ships in 30-60 days. We do not start with a 6-month platform rebuild: the fastest path to proof is fixing what is already broken in what you have.
Is my client data safe?
Yes, and for regulated verticals (clinics: DHA/DOH) this is handled explicitly, including where data is hosted and processed. We will tell you in writing before any build starts, not after.
Do you work in Arabic?
Yes. GreenPlan ships trilingual by default: French, English, Arabic, including right-to-left interfaces where the business needs them.

Is this just someone prompting ChatGPT for my business?

What happens after launch? Do you disappear?
No. Every engagement includes monitoring and adjustment after go-live. A system nobody watches drifts, breaks quietly, and the team stops trusting it within weeks. We stay on it.
Do I need technical staff on my side?
No. You need one person who can approve things, usually the owner or a manager. That is by design: the system is built so a non-technical owner runs it from one screen.
